Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sangra.ai or any app built on the Sangra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and developers.

Sangra.ai is an AI App Operating System operated by SHIRO Technologies LLC. The platform enables developers to build, launch, and monetize niche AI SaaS applications on shared infrastructure. The platform is currently in BETA. Features, pricing, and terms may change during the BETA period.

Developers who apply to and are accepted into the Sangra developer program agree to additional terms: Revenue Share: During BETA, developers receive 80% of net revenue generated by their app. Post-BETA, developers receive 70% of net revenue. SHIRO Technologies retains the remainder as the platform fee. Build Window: Developers have 45 days from approval to complete their app and deploy to staging. A 24-hour user assessment follows before production launch. Ownership: Developers retain ownership of their app's logic and configuration. SHIRO Technologies owns and operates the shared platform infrastructure. Conduct: Developers may not use the platform to build apps that violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or cause harm to users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limitations.

Sangra and apps on the platform use AI models (including GPT-4o from OpenAI) to generate content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. SHIRO Technologies makes no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or information that you are not authorized to share to any AI feature on the platform.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize SHIRO Technologies to charge you in accordance with the pricing for the app or service you are using. Developer revenue payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Revenue calculations are based on platform records of transactions and may not be disputed after 30 days.

You may not use Sangra.ai or any platform app to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe any intellectual property rights; transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems; interfere with platform operations; or collect user data without authorization.

SHIRO Technologies owns all rights to the Sangra platform, its infrastructure, design, and branding. Developers own their app configurations and product logic. By submitting content to the platform, you grant SHIRO Technologies a license to use that content to provide and improve the platform services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SHIRO TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIRO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
